I have always loved making teddy bears using traditional mohair but found once made I couldn't bear (excuse the pun!) to part with them so then i thought about combining my love of making bears with actually selling them.

I started by making a bear for my son and then one for my daughter and then friends loved them and asked me to make one for them and then my business just grew from there.

Having lost my brother, mum and dad at a young age I appreciate how precious memories are and so what could be more touching than a bear made from a loved ones clothing.

 

The bears are constructed using a sewing machine and then hand finished. They have safety eyes and non allergenic stuffing. My keepsake products are NOT recommended for play as they cannot be CE approved and do not comply with any safety guidelines. This is due to the fact that each keepsake is stitched with a home sewing machine and some detailing must be finished by hand. Due to this and the variety of fabrics that are used, they will not withstand play by children. Love heart memory bears by Julia do not accept any liability for the misuse of keepsakes.

 

I can customise the bears with a name and a date of birth if required.

As the bears are hand finished they are all unique.
